(B) Warranty Conditions for all products supplied
Our products are fully warranty against defective materials and manufacturing faults for a period of 6 months from date of registered purchase. This warranty does not cover damage to any units caused by accident, misuse or in anyway being tampered with. Thus the warranty does not cover damage result from :
1. Installation into wrong voltage mains
2. Use other than in accordance to the instructions for operation
3. The serial number is removed, defaced or altered.
4. Any alteration or modification to the product.
5. Any unauthorized repair carried out.
Under no condition must any dealers or users alter or erase any of these conditions stated otherwise you will not be benefit from this warranty given. All parts replace carry another 3 months warranty against any manufacturing defects.
(C) Installation of Air Compressor
1.We provide site installation for products such as Air Compressors & generators.
2.Separate quotation for the air pipelines will be submitted after visit to the site.
3.Simple connection of the air compressors to the mains isolator is FOC for all compressors purchased.
4.We are not responsible for removing the old or existing compressors at the user's site but a fee is chargeable if customer insisted.
5.Arrangement for MOM appointed PE to conduct inspection on air receiver is chargeable at a fee based on per trip to the site within Singapore mainland.
(D) Repair all power tools & equipment
We repair all kind of power tools & equipment - all brands ( subject to spare parts availability from agents)
(E) Sourcing Agent Services
We have wide contacts in Asia as well as USA. Let us know what u required and we will act as your sourcing agent to locate the products for you. Product range from industrial, Fast Moving Consumer Products; Tools & equipment; Commodities etc....
